My name is Alessandro Insolia

Alessandro Insolia, President of Bouquet Homes, is an entrepreneur whose professional focus has always been to build companies that give back to the community. His skills lie in identifying areas of need/demand, business administration, and management. His passion, however, is medicine and caregiving for the vulnerable. Alessandro was pre-med, has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University, holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, and has completed dozens of medical mission trips to clinics in Latin America, starting at the age of 15. In 2010 he became a licensed Emergency Medical Technician to bolster the skills he could offer in his volunteer medical work. Alessandro is a Certified Assisted Living Manager in the state of Texas and is a member of the Board of Directors of AGE (Austin Groups for the Elderly) of Central Texas, an Austin based non-profit formed in 1986 to aide the elderly and their caregivers as they navigate the hardships and realities of aging and caregiving. In March 2020, Alessandro began his work to create Bouquet Homes Assisted Living & Memory Care, where he is confident he has found his calling, marrying his passion for medicine and caregiving with his business expertise. Alessandro speaks Italian and Spanish, and when not working or volunteering he enjoys spending time with family, scuba diving, snowboarding, wine, and travel.

My name is Rhunda Henderson

Rhunda Henderson, Manager of The Primrose, is a 6th generation Texan. She has been a Licensed Vocational Nurse since 1999 and has a degree in Healthcare Business Management. Rhunda became a Certified Dementia Care Nurse in 2003 and a Certified Nurse Assessor in 2005. She is a Certified Assisted Living Manager in the state of Texas and has vast experience in a multitude of long-term care roles, including serving as the Director of Memory Care at Brookdale, the Director of Nursing for facilities with over 100 residents, and the Director of a residential assisted living home, to name a few. Rhunda is married with four children and three grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and going to the beach. Rhunda is honored to advocate for the comfort, health, and happiness of the residents at The Primrose!
